Shipping Policy

Free shipping Every EverGlow order ships free within the United States, with tracking.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday volume can add extra days.

🎄 Christmas delivery To receive your order by December 25, order by December 5. Orders placed after December 5 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show movement. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, contact us through our Contact page.

Packages that haven't arrived If tracking hasn't shown any movement for 15 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping (and tracking does not show it as delivered), contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.

Delivered but not received Once tracking shows an order as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the carrier.

Address errors Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
