How do I put my video on the Memory Orb?
Download the free app, pick a video or photo from your camera roll, and send it to the orb. It takes about a minute. It works with iPhone and Android.
Does it play sound?
Yes, the orb has a built-in speaker, so you'll hear the voices and laughs in your video.
Can I change the video later?
Yes, as many times as you want.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes, it charges with the included USB-C cable.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days after that, with free tracked shipping. Order by December 5 for Christmas delivery.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We currently ship within the United States only (no P.O. boxes).
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement.
What if my orb arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Unopened orbs in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first to get approval. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 6 hours of purchase, before it's processed. Contact us right away.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and payments are handled by trusted, secure processors. We never see or store your full card number.
